$63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and train quality inspection staff and technicians.
Oversee all product inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and generate performance reports.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and process improvements.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality discrepancies and prevent recurrence.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
