$68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and train quality inspection personnel and technicians.
Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA), and internal procedures.
Lead investigations into non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the execution of incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, records, and reports.
Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process analysis and improvement.
Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl).
Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace, automotive).
