Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $62.00/hr
Hourly pay rates: $48/hr (W-2), $61/hr (1099)
Location: Skilled Nursing Facility in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and Long Island.

Job Duties
Provide efficient speech or swallow evaluations and/or screens of patients.
Develop plan of care, downgrade/upgrade as appropriate, manage meal texture.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Current NYS SLP License and registration.
Clinical competence certification (CCC).
CPR certificate.
EMR competence.
Meets all state and federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility.
Malpractice/lability insurance (if applicable).
