Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense (1–5+ years of defense litigation experience). Ideal candidates will have experience in insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability. The role includes handling trucking and transportation litigation, catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death matters, and opportunities to gain exposure to first‑party insurance, professional liability, zoning and land‑use disputes, and construction defect litigation. Responsibilities
Represent the firm in insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability matters. Manage case strategy, discovery, pre‑trial motions, and trial matters. Provide counsel to clients and junior associates on complex litigation issues. Collaborate across practice groups to leverage firm resources. Qualifications
1 to 5+ years of experience in a defense litigation practice. Experience with insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability preferred. Strong analytical, advocacy, and communication skills. Bar admission in applicable jurisdiction. Benefits & Compensation
