Position Senior Associate/Associate Attorney – Litigation (Full‑time, hybrid‑remote flexibility).

Responsibilities

Manage complex and high‑exposure civil matters

General liability and premises liability defense

Tort and negligence claims (including catastrophic injury and professional liability)

Employment litigation (discrimination, wage & hour, wrongful termination)

Construction defect and construction‑related disputes

Insurance coverage and defense matters

Products liability and property damage claims

Equitable and injunctive relief proceedings

Qualifications

J.D. and active license in New Jersey

Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience

Experience in one or more of the following preferred: medical malpractice, torts/negligence, insurance defense or coverage, premises/general liability, or representation of institutional clients

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary up to $180K (DOE) + bonuses
