3–5 Years PQE | Commercial Real Estate Transactions
Opportunity This role offers hands‑on experience in high‑value property transactions across various sectors. Associates work closely with partners on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, providing high‑quality counsel to a diverse client base. The position balances complexity and autonomy with strong internal mentorship and professional development support.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial purchase and sale agreements
Conduct and coordinate title, survey, and due diligence reviews
Advise on commercial real estate financings and closings
Support senior lawyers on development projects, including (ideally) condominium matters
Interact directly with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm
Comfortable managing purchase/sale transactions and real estate financing
Strong drafting skills and a detail‑oriented mindset
Excellent academic background and writing skills
Experience with condo development (preferred but not essential)
Admitted to the Florida Bar
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$200,000 – $225,000
