Senior Financial Analyst
to drive strategic financial planning and deliver actionable insights that support business growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in both
financial analysis and planning
within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Analyze operational performance, cost structures, and profitability to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare detailed variance analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Support decision-making through scenario modeling and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience
in financial analysis and planning, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
