Seeking a strategic and results-driven
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
to lead financial strategy, forecasting, and decision support for a growing manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to drive business performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Lead financial modeling initiatives to support strategic decisions, including pricing, cost optimization, and capital investments.
Partner with senior leadership on
M&A activities , including due diligence and integration planning.
Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and scenario planning.
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
MBA strongly preferred; CMA or CFA designation is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Manufacturing industry experience
highly preferred.
Proven track record in
M&A transactions
and post-acquisition integration.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
Strong business acumen, leadership presence, and ability to influence at all levels.
