Build the Hospital Projects That Build the Future of Seattle.

A respected commercial GC with a deep portfolio of complex healthcare work across the Puget Sound. As demand for major hospital expansions and new facilities continues to grow, we’re adding a Superintendent who knows how to lead in active healthcare environments—someone who understands the precision, sequencing, safety, and communication it takes to deliver large-scale hospital construction.

If you thrive on complex logistics, tight sites, and keeping high-stakes jobs running smoothly, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Lead

On-site field leadership for major hospital and acute-care construction projects

Daily coordination of trades, site activities, manpower, safety, and inspections

Execution of detailed schedules for structural, MEP systems, medical gas, and infection control

Interface with hospital administrators, facilities teams, inspectors, and design partners

Enforce ICRA protocols, life-safety standards, and strict compliance requirements

Manage daily reports, look-aheads, QA/QC, and issue resolution

Drive the team toward predictable outcomes—safe work, clean install, critical path control

Mentor foremen and support staff while fostering a collaborative jobsite culture

What You Bring

5–10+ years of commercial construction field leadership as a full Superintendent

Proven experience building hospitals (inpatient, towers, surgery suites, imaging, emergency, central utility plants)

Deep understanding of MEP-heavy environments and coordination

Familiarity with ICRA, OSHPD/DOH requirements, life safety, and hospital logistics

Ability to manage complex phasing, shutdowns, and active healthcare operations

Strong communication, conflict-resolution skills, and a calm leadership style under pressure

Local Seattle/Puget Sound project experience preferred
