The SE Integrated Systems Department seeks Systems Engineers with technical expertise and engineering leadership to drive the design and development of world‑class Air and Missile Defense Systems.

What You Will Do

Concept and requirements development, including decomposition and flowdown.

Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design.

Algorithm optimization and development.

Functional analysis of real‑world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded systems.

Multi‑disciplinary development efforts across the kill‑chain for an Air and Missile Defense System.

System integration and test support, including live‑fire test events.

Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience or equivalent.

Existing DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications We Prefer

Advanced degree in EE, CE, Physics, Math, ME, Aerospace.

Knowledge of Air Defense systems (e.g., Patriot System).

Experience developing technical solutions to complex issues and designing system‑level architecture.

Experience with DoD radar, battle management, or missile design and development programs.

Experience with 3‑DOF/6‑DOF modeling and simulation.

Experience with IBM Rational DOORS, Microsoft Office, IBM Rational Publishing Engine, and/or Dassault Systems Cameo.

Experience in requirements development.

Existing DoD security clearance.

Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

Commitment to meeting deadlines.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Benefits may vary by business unit and collective‑bargaining agreements.
