Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
