We’re future‑focused and are looking for the right Senior Strategist with a growth mindset to join our evolving team. We use Customer Generation, a marketing methodology developed by us that focuses on SQLs and customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team, offering a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast‑growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
Serve as direct support to client contacts
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements
Build client strategies each quarter
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
Provide fractional support for internal marketing within the boutique agency
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
Responsible for personal productivity and utilization
Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
Drive cross‑sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network
Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands‑on support for B2B clients
Deep expertise across paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Understanding of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more
Proficiency in platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and others
Ability to delegate to junior team members and ensure joint success
Strong understanding of paid principles—keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization
Data‑driven analysis using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts
Storytelling with data and strategic translation
Competitive, curious problem‑solver mindset
Passion for industry trends and continuous growth opportunities
Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Quality‑obsessed attitude in advertising
Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed
What Success Looks Like
Encompass core values in all interactions, internally and externally
Effectively manage about five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts
Meet and exceed department‑level KPIs, including client NSMs and satisfaction scores
Build client trust and facilitate consistent renewals
Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals and objectives
Communicate results clearly to client contacts and executives
Make exceptional strategic decisions for accounts

Set living wage; annual base salary $85,000–$95,000 (US)
