Vice President, Client Operations Manager Join BNY, the leading global financial services company at the heart of the global financial system, to lead client operations and reporting. This executive role is located in Lake Mary, Florida (four days in the office per week).

Job Description We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service Manager to join our team. We value bold ideas, advanced technology, and exceptional talent. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY’s principles.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Typically 4–7 years of experience, 0–1 years of management experience. Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.

Strong leadership and team‑management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
