Program Manager 4-ProdDev (Oracle)
Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges. We’re seeking a Program Manager 4-ProdDev within the Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization.
Job Description The Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization’s mission is to meet surging GPU demand for Oracle’s AI infrastructure by scaling the server qualification process to lift throughput and raise yields across all sites and products. We will standardize how we qualify new SKUs and suppliers, accelerate ramps, and ensure end‑to‑end lifecycle traceability and accountability. Success means faster time‑to‑production, predictable quality at scale, and a repeatable model to bring new products and factories online with minimal disruption.
Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) The TPM is required to understand the business and technical requirements, devise program strategies, identify technical impacts relative to business needs, drive delivery, unblock execution, effectively communicate status, solve problems, suggest process changes, and regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress and share project information. This highly visible role manages programs with visibility up to the SVP level of OCI.
Responsibilities
Understand business deliverables and independently create a program for delivery
Meet deliverable deadlines
Deep dive into risks in hardware manufacturing and validation
Define and drive work streams to improve hardware manufacturing yield for CPU and GPU systems
Create risk management plans and maintain a risk register
Lead regular status meetings with stakeholders
Manage communication across organizations and cross‑functional teams
Develop PMO deliverables (SOWs, project charters, project timelines)
Plan project deliverables, including hardware, resources, and hours
Manage projects from implementation to closure
Qualifications Background in supply chain, server (CPU and GPU) hardware, data center capacity delivery, cloud services, server technology, or software systems, with experience managing software and hardware at scale. Knowledge of liquid‑cooled GPU systems, compute architecture, and the ability to analyze business problems, process technical information, develop program schedules, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Compensation and Benefits US: Hiring range in USD from $90,100 to $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
