Mid-Market Account Executive
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business with specialty contractors. Ideal candidates bring construction project management experience and at least 1 year in sales, ready to transition into SaaS. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while delivering a consultative, value-driven experience.
Pay Range Base: $100,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter for more details.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with construction professionals and uncover pain points
Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, negotiations, contracts
Develop territory plans and grow pipeline with data‑driven prospecting
Deliver compelling product demos that showcase workflow efficiency
Position yourself as a trusted expert in the industry
Qualifications
1+ years in construction (preferably Project Management)
1+ years in sales (preferably as a B2B or B2C SaaS Account Executive)
Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, InfoMetaBase
Experience managing costs/change orders at mid‑size contractors
