Assistant Store Manager - Seattle Premium Outlet #4372 Location: Seattle, WA. Compensation: $22.50–$26.50 per hour (11 months ago).

General Position Summary

Produce sales gains by providing customer service.

Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.

Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance and give feedback on strengths and opportunities.

Adhere to visual guidelines: proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.

Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the Dress Code Policy.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Generate Sales

Control Expenses

Supervise Associates

Control Expenses

Protect company assets within LIDS Retail policies.

Assist in preparing store schedules that provide proper coverage and stay within wage control guidelines.

Follow all inventory policies: receiving, transferring, price changes, and product counts.

Perform proper documentation and record keeping per LIDS Retail policies and applicable laws.

Open and close the store following procedures in the Operations P&P Manual.

Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in LIDS Training Programs, set goals, and follow up.

Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.

Encourage compliance with company policies, inventory safekeeping, and funds management.

Perform work of subordinates as needed.

Communicate with employees at all levels.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience.

Ability to produce sales while minimizing loss.

Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.

Computer proficiency with relevant software.

Lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and work overhead.

Standing for up to 100% of the work time.

Work unsupervised.

Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Compensation varies by skills, experience, and location. Part‑time Assistant Store Managers are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
