Responsibilities
Monitor and report fuel consumption in all fuel trucks and tanks.
Order fuel and maintain tank levels in accordance with contract requirements.
Generate and submit monthly fuel usage reports.
Load and unload packages/materials using a forklift.
Pull and process orders and shipments.
Perform visual inspection of materials/equipment for DRMO.
Generate and process DRMO documents from customers and inventory equipment going to DRMO.
Obtain DRMO appointments with DLA and communicate to customers.
Operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
Qualifications
High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel management or a closely related field.
Required environmental certifications relevant to the job.
EMS training preferred.
First Aid/CPR Certification and OSHA series training required.
Strong organizational skills preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours.
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and stairs.
Must persevere and work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
Other Requirements
Valid state driver’s license required, with ability to maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport or military ID) in accordance with the REAL ID Act. For more information: https://www.dhs.gov/real-id
