Job Title: Parking and Transportation Ambassador (Seasonal)

Reports To: Senior Supervisor, Parking & Transportation Operations

FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Compensation: New associate pay rate $16.75 per hour USD

Responsibilities
Deliver best-in-class customer service to all guests
Assist guests by scanning parking passes, greeting and directing vehicles towards parking spaces and answering questions about Wrigley Field offerings and policies
Safely operate golf carts to transport guests to and from assigned parking lots, following all traffic laws and designated routes
Resolve guest concerns and special requests within the framework provided via the Seasonal Associate Handbook and training while upholding the "Wrigley Field Fan Code of Conduct"
Promote a safe and enjoyable experience, identify and report inappropriate behavior, safety risks or medical situations through functional hierarchy
Use knowledge of Wrigley Field and Cubs history to engage fans and guests to deliver exceptional service
Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as directed by supervisory personnel
Interview & Hiring Timeline: interviews with qualified candidates are anticipated to take place at the end of January and monthly throughout the summer.
What You’ll Bring
Must be 16 years old or older
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and effectively adapt to a changing work environment
Ability to work the minimum number of hours per season (270) including nights, weekends and holidays throughout the year. This averages to be about 45 hours a month
