We’re looking for a dynamic restaurateur to oversee dining operations, manage a bar and lounge, and drive guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to optimize service, efficiency, and productivity.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff.
Assist in design and implementation of training programs to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction.
Supervise bar and lounge areas, including staffing, inventory control, and quality of service.
Develop beverage menus that align with current trends and guest preferences.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, addressing complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain labor/scheduling controls, P&L operational controls, and cost control inventory.
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of hotel restaurant experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
