As part of Kyndryl’s Legal Department, you’ll advise on high-volume IT transactions, support various projects in a dynamic tech environment and help solve various legal issues, working closely with colleagues across Europe and the U.S. in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy international team that values excellence and team spirit. A Ph.D. and/or an LL.M. are welcome, but not an entry requirement.* Professional experience of at least two years, preferably from working in a major law firm or at the legal department of an international company.* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and solid business acumen.* Full professional proficiency in German and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).* Experience in the field of IT law is very useful, but not a prerequisite.
