We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead HVAC, plumbing, and process projects with a strong emphasis on

Plumbing Design-Build (D-B) . This role is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing sales and field labor coordination, and overseeing project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. This position requires travel to

approximately

2-3 times per month

to oversee project activities. The focus for this role is on design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and service of commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, process piping, and building automation systems. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single-source responsibility to the customer throughout the project lifecycle Lead project management functions including concept engineering, estimating, proposals, and contract execution Oversee field labor coordination and installation sequencing with field leadership Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, billing, and cost control Prepare and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and strategic communications Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments Lead client meetings and finalize contracts Coordinate internal efforts across Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, and Service Mentor Project Engineers and Project Coordinators Participate in special studies and committees to advance technical capabilities Attend project management and construction meetings Schedule and lead pre-construction meetings Utilize internal resources to meet customer requirements Support recruiting, training, and coaching of sales staff Perform other duties as assigned by upper management Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects ranging from $50K to $100M+ Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities High level of integrity and professionalism Demonstrated success in business development Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills Active presence in industry or community-based organizations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Preferred experience with JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet Work Schedule

Monday to Friday Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (based on business needs) Travel Requirements
