We have multiple ongoing projects in the greater DFW area and a huge backlog of upcoming exciting projects in the $25 million - $300 million range. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on projects over $25 million. Responsibilities

Maintain safety standards; monitor safety planning, execution and documentation on assigned project. Manage project planning, develop and execute the pre-job plan, and determine construction techniques for the project. Develop and maintain the Site Utilization Plan. Manage CPM baseline preparation, monthly updates and narratives, and CPM fragments with changes and delays. Review equipment requirements with the Project Manager. Review monthly sub pay applications to ensure progress aligns with actual work installed. Expedite vendors and subcontractors daily and weekly, resolve construction problems as they develop and keep project on schedule. Maintain accurate time-keeping and cost records. Review weekly labor reports and monthly total job cost reports to identify areas needing special attention; initiate changes to bring costs back into budget. Manage the Quality Control Program. Comply with all jobsite reporting requirements: daily reports, SOS, weekly unit reports, two‑week look‑ahead updates and monthly construction schedule updates. Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite. Mitigate subcontractor change orders and back‑charges that may affect profitability; document them as required. Close out the project in compliance with contract documents. Conduct and facilitate crucial conversations regarding employee performance and development for direct reports. Salary
