Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Job Details Our client in Dallas is looking for experienced Project Managers from GC firms that have completed Waste Water Treatment plants from ground up. Why join us Competitive Base Salary Competitive Bonus Package Extremely Competitive Benefits Package Flexible Work Schedules Company Truck/Truck Allowance Accelerated Career Growth Behaviors we value Doing the right thing for the right reason Accountability of self and for others Clear, professional communication Consistent work quality and performance Innovative and creative approach to tasks and duties Positive response to pressure Drive to get things done Role you will play Project Coordination & Safety Maintain safety standards; monitor safety planning, execution, and documentation on assigned project Manage project planning, develop and execute the pre-job plan, and determine the construction techniques to be used to construct the project Develop and maintain the Site Utilization Plan Manage the preparation of the CPM baseline, monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives, and CPM fragments with changes and delays Review equipment requirements with the Project Manager Review monthly sub pay apps to ensure progress in line with actual work installed Coordinate, schedule and manage all subcontractors and vendors; conduct weekly Subcontractor Coordination meetings with all onsite or soon-to-be onsite subcontractor supervision Expedite vendors and subcontractors daily and weekly, identify and resolve construction problems as they develop, and keep the project on schedule Maintain accurate time‑keeping and cost records Plan, staff and manage self‑performance activities Review weekly labor reports and monthly total job cost reports carefully to determine areas needing special attention, and initiate changes and procedures to bring costs back into budget Manage the Quality Control Program Comply with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS, weekly unit reports, weekly updates to the “two week look‑aheads” and monthly updates to the construction schedule Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite Mitigate all potential subcontractor change orders and back‑charges that may affect project profitability and document them to the extent required Close out the project in compliance with the contract documents Other duties as needed and assigned Talent Development & Management Energize and support team to consistently reach higher levels of performance, deliver better results, and uphold company values and pillars Create and foster a learning and development environment with project team to aid in their career grew and advancement Actively participate in the onboarding and training of new team members on the project Conduct and facilitate crucial conversations regarding employee performance and development for direct reports Skills for success Adaptable – adjust effectively to work within new teams, structures, processes, requirements, and cultures while maintaining effectiveness Team Oriented – unite those around you to achieve project goals and exceed expectations Decisive proactive, problem‑solving orientation based on knowledge and experience Driving sense of urgency to achieve timely, quality results with varied activities in a fast‑paced environment Development Minded – strive for excellence in all aspects and attempts to continuously grow and improve in job Quality Focused – focus on achieving high quality, timely results to attain best outcomes Innovative – always look for new and out‑of‑the‑box solutions, opportunities for continuous improvement, and be strategically focused Engaged – actively participate in industry associations, networking events, and educational opportunities Qualifications Preferred B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience. Strongly preferred Five (5) years water/waste water experience. Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control and production of all phases of construction. Experience with Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore.
