Temporary Part Time Accounts Payable Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for a Temporary Part Time Accounts Payable Coordinator at a bio‑tech company located in Cambridge, MA, 02140. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounts payable experience including processing high volume invoices and supplier set‑ups and check/wire requests.
This role is an 8‑month temporary role that will pay between $40.00 and $45.00 per hour (based on relevant work experience) within a 24‑hour work week (4‑5 days).
On‑site 2 days per week. Will start Monday, Dec. 15th, 2025.
Responsibilities
Review and/or process a high volume of invoices
Maintain invoice volume, cycle time accuracy goals
Accurately code (General Ledger) and enter invoices for payment
Work with suppliers to resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
High‑volume preparation of weekly payments
ACH/check/wire requests
Assist with month‑end closing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of accounting/accounts payable experience preferably in a high‑volume environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Ability to multi‑task
Strong sense of urgency
