Job Supervisor – Residential and Light Commercial Construction

Konik is partnered with a fast-growing residential and light commercial builder known for high-quality work, strong communication, and a team-first culture. They are adding a Job Supervisor to support their expanding project load. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on-site, knows how to lead subcontractors with professionalism, and takes pride in running safe, clean, well-organized projects. As the on-site face of projects, you’ll keep jobs moving, maintain quality, and ensure every project reflects the company’s high standards.

Job Supervisor Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
Coordinate and direct subcontractors, monitor progress, verify milestones, and provide daily updates to the Project Manager.
Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized job site through daily safety checks, proper PPE enforcement, and immediate incident reporting.
Complete and submit detailed daily logs, photos, and documentation through designated platform.
Uphold a professional site environment by managing cleanliness, securing materials/equipment, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and clients.
Job Supervisor Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction or commercial site supervision experience
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, local codes, and specifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Construction Online or similar job reporting software
Leadership skills focused on accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary and Benefits $90-$110k base salary
