Senior Project Manager - Residential Construction
Southwest Metro | Direct Hire | $80k-110k + Bonus
We are partnering with a Top 200 Workplace in Minnesota that is growing and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee home construction projects. This role leads projects from inception through completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met while delivering a first‑class homeowner experience.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
Lead all phases of custom home projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Communicate project activity and timelines with clients, supervisors, designers, and trade partners
Utilize BuilderTREND and other project software for tracking and client communication
Set clear expectations with homeowners and ensure timely selections/approvals
Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance with building standards
Manage budgets, change orders, and project profitability
Senior Project Manager Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in residential or custom home construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods and project scheduling
Experience with BuilderTREND, Microsoft Office, and Sage preferred
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background/MVR checks
DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
Compensation and Benefits
$80k-110k annually, plus bonus opportunity
