$90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
A leading systems integrator in the industrial automation space is expanding their controls and SCADA team. They’re taking on major projects across water/wastewater, manufacturing, data centres, energy, and large-scale infrastructure — and they need an experienced engineer who can deliver high-impact solutions from design through commissioning.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, variety, and the chance to work on meaningful automation projects with cutting-edge platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and implementing SCADA systems (Ignition, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.)
Programming PLCs across major platforms (Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider — others welcome)
Building HMI/SCADA dashboards, historian setups, alarming, and reporting
Supporting system architecture, networking, and industrial communications
FAT/SAT, site commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support
Working closely with clients, project managers, and cross‑functional engineering teams
Contributing to documentation, design standards, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
3–15+ years in automation, controls, or SCADA engineering
Solid experience with
Ignition
or
Rockwell
(FactoryTalk View, Studio5000, etc.)
Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting background
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and project specs
Experience in at least one domain: Water/Wastewater, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power, Food & Bev, or Data Centres
Comfortable working independently, client‑facing, and delivering projects end‑to‑end
Bonus: Ignition Gold/SCADA Certifications, networking experience, or MES exposure
