The hospital is a Magnet‑designated institution and houses a Level I Trauma Center, a Prebys Cardiovascular Institute, a nationally designated Comprehensive Stroke Center, and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit.
Position: Full‑time, 12‑hour night shifts (60 hrs. per pay period) at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the 47‑bed Neuro, Ortho, Spine Surgical Acute unit. Tasks include assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress; coordinate the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient experiences while respecting autonomy and individuality. Contribute to patient and family education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Required Qualifications
One (1) year of recent RN experience (at least 6 months in an inpatient setting)
California Registered Nurse License
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
Proficient in speaking, reading, and following instructions in English
Demonstrate positive behaviors
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic EHR
One (1) year RN experience in Surgical Acute
Position Pay Range: $59.75–$86.50 per hour.
