We have partnered with a global law firm in a search for a
Litigation Associate
to join their litigation practice group in
Miami, FL .
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research.
Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Provide update on status of cases to clients and interview eyewitnesses.
Work on the defense of civil litigation matters such as premises liability, negligent security, construction, wrongful death, automotive accidents, general liability, and property damage claims.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in FL.
3+ years of litigation experience.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Excellent annual and monthly bonus structure and flexible hybrid work schedule.
