An established and prestigious Plaintiffs Litigation and Trial Law firm located in Miami, FL, is hiring an Associate Attorney to join their team. This firm specializes in high-stakes, complex personal injury matters, including automobile, motorcycle, and trucking accidents; catastrophic injury; negligent security; medical malpractice; and defective or dangerous products.
Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Assist in the preparation of cases for trial and hearings.
Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate closely with the firm owner and litigation team to achieve successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
Excellent oral advocacy and writing skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Client-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
