Development Analyst
to join its Miami-based team. The company focuses on
affordable housing and multifamily communities , working to expand high-quality, sustainable housing options across South Florida. This role offers the chance to be part of impactful development initiatives that strengthen local neighborhoods.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Public Policy, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including financial modeling and data analysis.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or interest in affordable housing, community development, or multifamily real estate is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support all phases of the affordable housing and multifamily development process, including site evaluation, due diligence, financial analysis, and project execution.
Build, maintain, and refine financial models for prospective and active development projects.
Assist with preparing investment summaries, funding applications, internal presentations, and approvals.
Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and comparable property assessments relevant to affordable and multifamily housing.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, public agencies, and community partners.
Help track and manage project schedules, budgets, lender requirements, and reporting obligations.
