A top-performing construction company specializing in multifamily and affordable housing projects is expanding its preconstruction team and seeking an experienced
Senior Estimator . If you excel at digital takeoffs, complex bid preparation, and collaborating with project teams, this role offers both challenge and long-term growth.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Lead digital onscreen takeoffs and quantity surveys
Develop accurate cost estimates for new builds and renovations
Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
Interpret drawings, specs, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with PMs, architects, engineers, and trade partners
Build and maintain historical cost data for future planning
Support project budgets, RFPs, and client presentations
What You Bring
8–10+ years estimating experience in the construction industry
Strong digital takeoff and estimating software skills (Bluebeam, OST, etc.)
Ability to analyze plans, specs, and proposals with precision
Proven background in competitive bidding
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities
Comfortable in client-facing environments
