Requirements

Must have:

At least 7 years of experience supporting senior leadership, or 5 years within Amazon. Proficient in managing executive-level calendars. Experience coordinating both domestic and international travel. Capable of independently managing administrative tasks while demonstrating sound judgment in keeping team members informed. Previous work experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment. Responsibilities:

Actively coordinate and engage with leadership to plan and organize events, activities, and calendars. Manage complex calendars and scheduling needs. Serve as a liaison for direct reports. Drive key team initiatives, including staff meeting agendas, all‑hands meetings, and supply orders. Track and facilitate the completion of important deliverables and follow up on pending items. Coordinate travel arrangements for the VP. Participate in event planning. Foster a fun work environment and assist others in enjoying their work. Collaborate with fellow assistants throughout the Database Services team and across the company. Company:
