Required Qualifications:
5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading teams in fast‑growing environments.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to support company expansion, particularly during periods of significant headcount growth.
A hands‑on builder who enjoys creating new processes, solving complex problems, and improving existing workflows.
Background working with international teams, including managing immigration and visa‑related matters
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑growth setting with evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, launch, and grow the U.S. HR function from the ground up.
Lead all core HR processes such as onboarding, compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Act as the company’s inaugural HR/People leader, establishing foundational programs and practices.
Create and roll out scalable policies, tools, and processes to support a rapidly expanding organization.
Collaborate with leadership to shape hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
Track and improve critical people metrics, such as hiring volume, retention, and onboarding success.
Maintain full compliance with employment laws and internal HR standards across all applicable regions.
