Summary:
Our client, a nationally recognized Am100 Law Firm, is looking to bring on a Remote Special Counsel to join their Virtual Office (100% Remote) supporting their employment litigation and EPLI cases. The firm reported just under $800 million in gross revenue this year and holds a strong presence with 1,800 attorneys nationally, specializing in labor and employment law. This is an excellent fit for attorneys looking for a flexible work environment while maintaining diverse experience in the Labor and Employment space.
Responsibilities include:
Support employment litigation and EPLI cases.
Handle cases regarding discrimination claims (race, gender, age), harassment claims, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation claims, and breach of employment contracts.
Engage in large portion of Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) work.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in litigation, preferably with specialization in labor & employment law.
Ability to work in a remote setting.
Previous experience at a law firm.
Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited university.
In good standing with at least one of the states listed above Bar Associations.
Located in or willing to relocate to any of the above states.
