Contracts Lead

to own and elevate its customer contract strategy.

In this high-visibility role, you will lead complex contract negotiations—especially with U.S. government agencies—shape proposal and pricing strategies and ensure full compliance across the contract lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, and business development to drive clarity, reduce risk, and support long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead negotiations for multi-year government and commercial agreements

Drive contract strategy in proposals, ensuring FAR/DFARS alignment

Serve as the internal expert on government procurement rules (FAR/DFARS, TINA, CAS)

Oversaw contract execution, modifications, deliverables, and documentation

Support audits, SOX compliance, and clean record‑keeping

Collaborate across departments to support pricing, messaging, and risk management

Build strong customer relationships as the primary contractual point of contact

What You Bring:

7–10+ years in government/commercial contract management

Strong FAR/DFARS and IDIQ experience

Proven negotiation leadership

Experience with compliance, audits, and ERP/CLM tools

Excellent communication, detail orientation, and cross‑functional partnership skills

Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field (MBA/JD a plus)
