Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred but not required.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Access to reliable transportation.
No degree required.
No experience or returning to the workforce acceptable.
Military experience encouraged.
