Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour. Part‑time position with flexibility for variable hours.
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and disciplined driver to transport team members to inventory events, assist with inventory tasks, and uphold our core values in a safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
Adhere to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, and conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory accurately using handheld scanners or count tools.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow and maintain productivity‑based wage increases.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and celebrate achievements.
Represent the organization positively by upholding core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional overtime.
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Experience is preferred in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales representative, driver, or warehouse work, but no inventory experience is required—training will be provided.
We encourage applications from candidates with no degree, returning to the workforce, and those with military experience.
