What You Will Do
Resolve Level 2 escalations across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Exchange, and desktop environments
Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs
Support VMware environments, server upgrades, and workstation deployments
Implement remote access solutions such as VPN and Terminal Services
Support backups, security tools, and LAN/WAN connectivity
Document resolutions and communicate clearly with clients
What You Bring
Two or more years of MSP experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, M365, Exchange, and Azure Entra ID
Hands‑on experience with firewalls (SonicWall preferred) and core networking
Familiarity with VMware or Hyper‑V
Excellent client communication and service skills
Health, dental, and vision insurance

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
