Co‑op Program Overview Get an insider view of the fast‑changing grocery retail industry while developing relevant business, technical and leadership skills. This paid Co‑op experience offers project work, learning and development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and career assistance with full‑time positions within ADUSA.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis from July 13, 2026 through December 4, 2026. A hybrid work environment requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Please submit your resume, including cumulative GPA. Transcripts may be requested later.

Department / Position Description The Fulfillment Order Management System (OMS) tracks sales, orders, inventory, and fulfillment across multiple channels (online store, marketplace, physical retail). The Co‑op monitors order status, ensures timely progression, and helps resolve exceptions. The co‑op also documents standard operating procedures for OMS usage and creates user training materials. They respond to internal queries about order status or inventory levels and support customer service with order updates or issue resolutions.
Qualifications
Working toward a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong fundamentals in object‑oriented programming languages (Java or similar).
Solid understanding of data structures, SQL, and familiarity with GIT.
Basic understanding of APIs and microservices.
Ability to write unit test cases, curious about frameworks like Karate, and willing to help automate services.
Logical problem‑solving skills and the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
Salary range:
ME/NC/PA/SC: $20.90 – $35.70 per hour
IL/MA/MD: $22.80 – $37.30 per hour
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
