3–5 years of General Manager experience within a Michelin‑level restaurant
Proven success overseeing $4–6M+ in annual sales
Expertise in staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, professional leadership style
A high level of accountability, ownership, and follow‑through
Passion for mentoring and developing both hourly and management teams
Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, and cost controls
Ability to uphold exceptional service standards with sharp attention to detail
Experience thriving within a structured environment with established systems
Background working with luxury dining concepts and high‑profile guests
