We’re looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to lead our cloud strategy and architecture initiatives. This role will shape enterprise-grade platforms and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Azure cloud architectures including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
Lead cloud migration initiatives—assessment, planning, and execution of workloads to Azure.
Define and enforce cloud governance policies, cost management strategies, and security best practices.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or Azure CLI.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and operations teams.
Evaluate new Azure services and features for potential adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization of cloud environments.
Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements.
Stay current with Azure innovations and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud architecture.
3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform).
Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
Experience managing operations teams and working closely with offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Experience with hybrid cloud and on‑prem integration.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
