Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead internal and external quality audits, including supplier and customer audits, driving corrective and preventive actions.
Manage the Non-Conformance and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, ensuring effective resolution of quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release.
Recruit, train, and manage the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Analyze quality data and metrics, providing regular reports on quality performance and trends to management.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, RCA, and Lean Six Sigma.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality teams.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
Proficiency in statistical software for quality analysis (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
