Salary Range:
$74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to ensure process stability and capability.
Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are met during new product introduction (NPI).
Manage supplier quality through qualification, performance monitoring, and resolution of supplier non-conformances.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis).
Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control and improvement.
Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for quality reporting and dashboards.
ASQ certification beyond CQE (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Reliability Engineer).
