Key Responsibilities
Oversee all field operations for assigned project phases, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and crew allocation for efficient project execution
Coordinate with general contractors, client representatives, and company leadership
Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure on‑time completion
Oversee material forecasting, procurement, and inventory management
Conduct jobsite safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
Support planning, sequencing, and installation strategies for complex electrical systems
Resolve field challenges through collaboration with project managers and foremen
Ensure installation practices align with company quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial or industrial projects
Strong leadership, workforce management, and project coordination skills
In‑depth knowledge of NEC codes and installation sequencing
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the jobsite for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Credentials:
IBEW Journeyman Wireman required; OSHA 30 required or willing to obtain
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building abilities
Daily Expectations
Lead and supervise field crews to execute project plans efficiently
Inspect ongoing work for safety and quality compliance
