What You'll Do
Oversee electrical projects from planning through completion
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
Monitor project quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation and communication logs
Mentor and guide project teams to optimize performance and productivity
What You'll Need
Proven experience as a project manager in commercial or industrial electrical projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC code, and construction practices
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Commitment to working flexible hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines
