Electrical Operations Foreman
to lead projects from the field with confidence and precision. This direct-hire leadership role is ideal for a proven electrical foreman or general foreman who thrives on responsibility, teamwork, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to spec.

What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
Plan daily work activities, manpower needs, and material usage
Ensure electrical installations meet project plans, specifications, and code requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, project management, and inspectors
Monitor productivity, job progress, and quality standards
Enforce safety policies, PPE requirements, and job-site best practices
Troubleshoot field issues and adjust work plans as needed
Mentor electricians and apprentices to support skill development and performance
What You’ll Need
Proven experience as an electrical foreman or general foreman
Required foreman/general foreman classification
Strong understanding of electrical systems, job-site coordination, and code compliance
Leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively
A valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required
