Job Overview
Full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) dedicated to supporting K‑12 students communication development within a centralized school campus in Hayward, CA. This contract position spans the school year and offers a chance to work closely with educators and families, directly impacting students' speech and language growth.
Responsibilities
Delivering speech‑language services in individual and small group settings
Implementing treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
Monitoring and documenting student progress to adapt sessions effectively
Collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Providing support exclusively on one campus without travel between sites
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Active SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
Experience working with school‑aged children preferred but not required
