Job Summary The
Analyst II, HR Systems & Technology
partners with division leaders to support organizational change management efforts and other client initiatives. This position supports AMN Human Resource systems through the diligent configuration, reporting, and maintenance of team member data.
Job Responsibilities
Identifies and resolves Human Resource system support and maintenance issues.
Conducts division workforce planning meetings with leaders to analyze workforce trends and make informed decisions on headcount needs.
Develops reports in Microsoft Excel for Human Resources Business Partners using a variety of data sources.
Analyzes data assembled from multiple sources to help advise business decisions and find opportunities to evolve future report iterations.
Supports the Human Resources department to ensure the technology & reporting needs of the department and the organization are met.
Assists Human Resource team members & users of information systems with critical issues by providing detailed recommendations and resolutions.
Assists the team and leadership in the rapid response & adjustment to fluctuating workloads, team coverage, and on-call duties.

Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate $74,500 - $88,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
