to join our team! In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making. You will work with complex data sets, create strategic visualizations, and leverage tools like Power BI, DAX, and MS SQL Server BI Stack.
Key Responsibilities
Develop automated reports and interactive dashboards using
Power BI
and related tools.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for BI solutions.
Design and implement
data models
to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Create dynamic visualizations, KPI scorecards, and charts for business reporting.
Ensure
row‑level security
and manage Power BI application security models.
Integrate, transform, and connect data from multiple sources for BI purposes.
Optimize and enhance existing BI systems for better performance and usability.
Document processes, models, and relationships for clarity and future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in BI development and data analytics.
Strong proficiency in
Power BI ,
DAX ,
Power Query , and MS SQL Server BI Stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
Solid understanding of
data modeling ,
ETL processes , and
database architecture
(relational and multidimensional).
Expertise in
SQL queries , data warehousing, and OLAP concepts.
Familiarity with BI technologies such as
Microsoft Power BI
and
Oracle BI .
Excellent
communication ,
analytical , and
problem‑solving
skills.
Ability to work in an agile, fast‑paced environment with continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
MDX ,
TSQL , and advanced DAX queries.
Knowledge of
data gateway ,
data preparation projects , and security models.
Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $104,000 per year
